The Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative promotes collaboration in health and education. We are educators, policymakers, health providers, students and citizens who are committed to changing the healthcare system for the better.

We are a national hub for interprofessional education, collaboration in healthcare practice and patient-centred care.
We recognize that patients receive better care when health providers from all health disciplines work closely and learn from both their patients and other health care colleagues. To foster better patient care, CIHC members across Canada are working together to strengthen the interprofessional education for collaborative, patient-centred practice (IECPCP) knowledge base. Our goal is to share this knowledge with those who make policy, planners in the health and education systems, health professionals and educators to ensure all Canadians benefit.
Funded by Health Canada, membership in the CIHC is open at no charge to everyone with an interest in making lasting changes to Canadian healthcare.
