This company is TERRIBLE

There are none. This is literally the worst job I've ever had and I used to sell cell phones.
|
Everything about this company is a con. The company culture here is "Shut up and take your pay cut, plebe!" This company has consistently found new and terrible ways to ensure that their couriers are treated as subhuman as possible. Pay and mileage have been cut over FIVE TIMES in the last two years. They make you jockey for the best route by getting to their dump of a pharmacy as early as possible, but won't allow you to clock in. They have absolutely no problem sending you on a route which ends well, WELL after your scheduled hours upwards of an hour away from home and require you to clock out the moment that last delivery is over. Last week I made a delivery and hour and a half from my home and didn't get paid for ANY of the return trip. But hey, if you have an issue and you need to contact HR, good luck, you'll receive a prompt reply within several WEEKS, usually long after whatever issue you have has festered beyond reason. This company sucks, they are end-stage capitalism personified and I CAN NOT WAIT to read about the day they go bankrupt.
