About You:
-8-12 years operations / management experience
-Ability to develop, implement, and deliver highly efficient, quality customer experiences in a dynamic, high growth environment
-Ability to both zoom in: support day to day operations, make today a success and zoom out: think strategically about how to plan and execute against quarterly and yearly objectives
-Feel comfortable getting in the details of the work (roll up your sleeves) but never lose sight of the big picture and driving to objectives
-An exceptional and proven people leader; you have built and scaled a high performing operation with positive team culture
-Relentlessly resourceful, optimistic, and a creative problem-solver; will find an answer when there seem to be none
-Independent leader with high energy, and a proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity
About the Role:
As an Operations Director, you will be on the frontlines of delivering best-in-class customer experience by building and managing high performing, highly efficient operations. You will own and run critical parts of the workflow and operation to ensure every Capsule customer feels looked after.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
-Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience, set objectives, and execute against them
-Partner with the Head of Operations to assess management and project needs across the team and strategize team resources against them. Be willing to help out wherever it is most needed
-Take on projects from idea to implementation partnering with teams across Capsule to ensure stakeholder involvement and crisp coordination
-Propose, develop, and when necessary, partner with product teams to build tools and technology to streamline processes and prevent errors
-Manage day to day operations but consistently be thinking 2-3 months out to ensure the operation can deliver today but also scale and deliver against both high growth and potential for changes in our product offering
-Think through how we can improve our operation to create better outcomes for both customers and doctors. Be a constant advocate for both customers and doctors across the team.

· Minimum 0-2 years of relevant pharmacy work experience: prescription processing, inventory management, customer inquiries, managing a pharmacy, managing insurance company and doctor office relationships.

About the Role:
As a Pharmacist, you will be at the frontlines of Capsule’s mission to build a better, nicer, kinder, smarter pharmacy to make life simpler and healthier for everyone. You will help us build the first iconic, enduring, and emotionally resonant mass-market consumer brand in healthcare – a next-generation pharmacy made for a world where you prefer to interact digitally and one where the health system finally puts everybody on the same team. You will set the standard for our exceptional end-to-end customer experience. Pharmacists are full-time Capsule employees with full access to our benefits.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
· Master our internal systems: develop full operational knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy and manage internal and external pharmacy operations
· Work well in a team environment in the fulfillment of prescription orders: processing, filling, managing pharmacy technicians, inventory management and ordering, customer inquiries, managing insurance company and doctor office relationships
· Effectively communicate with doctors offices, pharmacies, and insurers to fulfill prescription orders
· Partner with other pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to create a seamless experience for each customer a constantly changing pharmacy workflow
· Coordinate with our in-house team of couriers to package, manage, and track deliveries in a timely manner
· Counseling and providing drug-related information for prescription and over-the-counter items to customers
