I would never recommend this place there are reasons they are always hiring. Owners have cameras in every office to watch and listen to employees (that is creepy) even in break room area.
No raises. One manager is owners son and he is rude to the staff.

I enjoyed my time there because of the people.
All the people I worked with from finance, back office, admin, porters fellow salesman and my manager were all cool.
However, I did leave because they didn't pay me for a deal I did.

Managment is horrible.

Severe lack of concentration and needs to be reminded several times of ordering parts and then gets incorrect parts. Shop is lacking in materials/equipment. Vehicles are not properly repaired before going for sale

You can be an idiot and get hired.

The atmosphere was laid back and the cowerkers were pleasent

During my time at CCN I learned alot about sales and how to properly meet and greet guests. I also learned quite a bit on how to fill out the proper paperwork as well as how to close a deal. Overall my experience there was great.
