There's been a lot of changes lately with new leadership and growth throughout the organization. There's flexibility in time management, great health benefits, and lots of learning opportunities.
|
Bottom-up expectations means there is a lack of policy to support marginalized individuals. Individual career growth is entirely dependent on your specific manager, which means some teams see mediocre individuals rise to the top while other teams keep talented individuals in their same role for years. Limited visibility into other teams' workstreams and organization-wide opportunities as well as a lack of educational credits leads to high turnover for the majority of employees.
