There's flexibility in time management, great health benefits, and lots of learning opportunities. Bottom-up expectations means there is a lack of policy to support marginalized individuals. Individual career growth is entirely dependent on your specific manager, which means some teams see mediocre individuals rise to the top while other teams keep talented individuals in their same role for years.
