<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Research and manage relevant speaking engagements and award opportunities for company and executives</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build media lists featuring hundreds of journalists and reporters across multiple verticals</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pitch media under the guidance of the communications manager and foster and maintain press relationships&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Write first drafts of a wide range of press materials, including media pitches, press releases, quarterly coverage reports, etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Simplify complex, technical concepts and make them human, relatable and visual</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help build and execute communications campaigns that convey Coinme brand positioning effectively to multiple audiences</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor daily media coverage and utilize tools to measure the reach and share-of-voice of media campaigns</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Secure and help shape thought leadership opportunities for our executives</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work cross-functionally with Coinme US and international teams</span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Professional fluency in English and familiarity with AP style</span></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A degree in design, interactive design, visual studies or other design-related fields is certainly an advantage but not critical.</span></li>

<p>Coinme is seeking a General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of legal issues, including compliance with securities, AML/BSA, and other laws applicable to financial services companies; board governance; litigation; and transactional matters.&nbsp; This is a rare opportunity for a growth-minded individual to join a fast-growing organization seeking to significantly impact the financial services industry with an opportunity to positively transform the lives of people around the world.</p>
<p>This role will serve as Coinme’s in-house legal counsel during rapid domestic, international, and horizontal product expansion. This position will report directly to the CEO. You will be the principal trusted advisor translating legal advice into strategic, actionable guidance. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly driven, entrepreneurial, and seeking a pivotal career opportunity to guide an early industry leader through transformational growth.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is an accomplished, exceptionally astute attorney with a proven history as lead counsel to financial services businesses. A passion for the societal benefits of cryptocurrency and a desire to meaningfully participate in the evolving space is essential. In this newly-created position, you will leverage both your own expertise and outside counsel partners to provide broad support to the CEO, Board of Directors and fellow executive stakeholders. As a key member of the executive team, you will engage all levels of the company’s operations and serve as an external facing representation of the Coinme brand.</p>

<p><strong>You Will</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the organization</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert on applicable regulations put forth by the SEC, CFPB, CFTC, FINRA, FinCEN, and other federal, state and international regulatory bodies</li>
<li>Collaborate with the market expansion team to drive the international regulatory strategy and help manage relationships with external counsel to ensure legal compliance in all international markets</li>
<li>Facilitate board meetings, draft minutes, document resolutions and ensure organizational adherence with governing documents</li>
<li>Serve as commercial IP/IT lead</li>
<li>Draft and review a wide range of company and vendor agreements and support business stakeholders during contract negotiations</li>
<li>Support the company with fundraising efforts by providing oversight and compliance advice related to the process</li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Infrastructure Engineering team works across the organization, architecting and building solutions that scale and secure the Coinme microservice platform. This role will help drive a culture of observability, and will touch all facets of the engineering pipeline, from development and deployment to core infrastructure and configuration.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Successful candidates will come from a technical background with hands-on experience in developing cloud systems at scale, and have a solid understanding of security controls in the digital currency space. They will also know how to design distributed systems and have experience building reliable and scalable infrastructure. They will collaborate with others to drive initiatives forward and balance technical risks against business risks to drive for the right results.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintaining a high security bar has earned us the trust of millions of customers. The Security team works across the organization, architecting, advising, and building solutions that make the Coinme engineering platform secure. This role will touch all facets of the engineering pipeline, from development and deployment, to core infrastructure and configuration, to the cross between SRE and Security.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Successful candidates will come from a technical background with hands-on experience in developing cloud systems at scale, have a solid understanding of security controls in the digital currency space, know how to design enterprise systems for security, possess strong threat modeling experience, have experience building and documenting reliable and scalable distributed systems, and collaborate with others to drive initiatives forward. We are looking for someone who can balance technical risks against business risks and consistently drive for the right results.</span></p>
<p><strong>What You'll Be Working On:</strong></p>

<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintaining a high security bar has earned us the trust of millions of customers. The Security team works across the organization, architecting, advising, and building solutions that make the Coinme engineering platform secure. This role will touch all facets of the engineering pipeline, from development and deployment, to core infrastructure and configuration, to the cross between SRE and Security.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Successful candidates will come from a technical background with hands-on experience in developing cloud systems at scale, have a solid understanding of security controls in the digital currency space, know how to design enterprise systems for security, possess strong threat modeling experience, have experience building and documenting reliable and scalable distributed systems, and collaborate with others to drive initiatives forward. We are looking for someone who can balance technical risks against business risks and consistently drive for the right results.</span></p>
<p><strong>What You'll Be Working On:</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with Engineering teams to incorporate strong security controls, apply security best practices in our development life cycle, and mitigate risks and security vulnerabilities</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build security utilities and tools for internal use that enable you and your fellow engineers to operate at high speed and wide scale</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Promote and drive the implementation of a platform security architecture that supports Coinme’s goals and deliverables, through collaboration, design, requirements, and code.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create security test plans and test cases that cover security feature testing, fuzzing, application penetration testing, and regression etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct security tests and identify potential vulnerabilities (OWASP top 10 - XSS, CSRF, SQLi, critical/high and common issues in NVD, etc.) for improvement in security design</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Triage and validate security vulnerabilities found or reported, and serve as SME, identifying mitigation solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate issues to the application owners, provide meaningful remediation recommendations, and validate that they have been resolved</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advocate security culture and mentor team members on best practices to develop the next generation of technical security leaders</span></li>

<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years of demonstrated experience with a focus in areas such as systems, network, and/or application security.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As our Technical Writer on our software engineering team, you will help Coinme create various types of content targeted at different audiences including engineers, marketing professionals, product managers, and external partners and customers.
