Use to be fantastic, shift in management has made it go downhill

5-10 years ago i would have recommended working here in a heartbeat. Through Covid and a change in management direction, its become more of a selfish work environment then a inclusive one. The stress is all on workers, management as a whole only look after themselves. The workers themselves are fantastic

Well established with rich history economically stable company. 37- Hour week with flexible and possibility of hybrid hours. Lots of social activity.

Rigid status quo combined with widely spread nepotism and fraternizing makes it nearly impossible to build a carrier.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Depending on the office. It is professional, all-inclusive and supportive in Mississauga. Can be quite toxic in Guelph.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in, login, work through the tasks, get help when you need it, provide help when others need it. Two 15-min breaks and lunch-break provide tons of opportunity for socializing.

Nothing much to write make sure you confirm EVERYTHING with the HR and hold them to it as my joining date was changed multiple times and so was my frequency of salary negotiation AFTER
the negotiations were done but the offer letter was that was sent was on completely different details.
The team was amazing. They are all helpful. My team lead was also great. She held me accountable for my job but was always there to coach me and so were my seniors and other team members.
You will be paid on time. You will have the option of taking your CIP and furthering your career and you would LOVE being here if that is your aim.
Their CRM is ancient and they do not have an online presence yet which is a massive scare when you look at newer players who are killing it when it comes to capturing the market.
