We are searching for an ambitious, innovative and thoughtful leader to inspire, develop and grow our Finance team.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify">You’ll report to the CFO and you will be responsible for all things finance, managing a growing team and crucially leading the business through a period of rapid growth and delivering on a number of high-profile finance projects including a company-wide ERP implementation. You will need to be hands-on in your approach with a clear ‘roll your sleeves up’ mentality as you will have a broad remit including reporting, treasury, tax, ad-hoc analysis, and fundraising support.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify">You’ll be part of a commercially-minded finance team, managing the reporting and controls function.The post would be a key influencer of the Senior Leadership Team and has additional leadership responsibilities in shaping the future vision and execution of the company.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify">If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and prides themselves on implementing order and process in a maturing multi-regional organisation, this could be the position for you.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deputising for the CFO regularly, acting as a key advisor for ExCo and a leader within this team and the business, and helping to prepare the business for IPO in the medium term</li><li>Supporting the CFO in developing the Finance function, identifying the critical elements of the Finance blueprint and maturing the overall operating model for Finance</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with the board and risk/audit subcommittees as well as banks, auditors, regulators, advisors, and other key stakeholders</li><li>Ensuring Curve builds a world class accounting and reporting function and taking responsibility for an effective and highly automated financial control environment across all our businesses</li><li>Taking responsibility for preparing our annual report and accounts, monthly consolidated financial statements and our monthly board packs</li><li>Managing and delivering on our regulatory reporting commitments, across a number different jurisdictions and regulators (including the UK FCA and Bank of Lithuania)</li><li>Oversight and strategic leadership of treasury activities (cash management, short-term cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange)</li><li>Ensure Curve is fully compliant with all applicable financial regulation e.g. tax and regulatory reporting requirements</li><li>Ensure Curve identifies and proactively manages all financial risks, which may impact the business objectives</li><li>Designing, building and implementing world class financial systems to support and automate our reporting and MI as we expand internationally and manage increasing complexity of the group</li><li>Managing, supporting and developing more junior members of the team to actively train and improve staff knowledge and empower colleagues to take the next step in their career</li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong></strong></p>
Requirements: <ul><li>ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE</li><li>Solid experience at Financial Controller level, to include: people management, core technical accounting (under IFRS and UK GAAP), and commercially-focused budget management</li><li>FRS102 to IFRS group accounting conversion experience</li><li>Experience managing reporting across multiple geographies and building and integrating systems to support international expansion required</li><li>Experience establishing new processes and procedures in short timeframes and clear track record of simplifying existing processes</li><li>Relevant industry experience within Fintech, Financial Services, Payments highly desired</li><li>Experience with multiple financial accounting systems (preferably NetSuite) and rapid iteration/agile working would also be highly desirable</li><li>Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills, as well as ability to multitask and lead several projects in a dynamic environment</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills across a range of functional areas</li><li>Excellent coaching skills with the ability to provide empathy and guidance to the other members of the finance team and ensuring their continuing development</li><li>You're curious, enthusiastic, adaptable, hands-on and excited by a rapidly-changing environment</li></ul><p>Some extra skills that would be great</p><ul><li>Experience in a growth-stage company, ideally in the financial technology space</li><li>Familiarity with the implementation of COSO/SOX-compliant control framework</li></ul>

The role will include performing both advisory and investigative activities and will be a key point of contact for both the business and operational teams regarding Fraud, CDD and AML-related queries and projects.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Key Accountabilities: </strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Implementing and managing effective, internal and external FinCrime monitoring which can be regularly performed and tested.</li><li>Supporting Head of Fincrime and MLROs in performing risk analysis of new products, initiatives and projects and supporting in the execution of regional FinCrime risk assessments and control enhancements, where necessary</li><li>Building effective and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the fraud prevention programme</li><li>Performing regular fraud trend analysis and providing actionable recommendations to operations/product teams to reduce fraud losses and managing the preparation and collation of appropriate fraud-related management information to senior management</li><li>Keeping up to date with statutory and regulatory developments in relation to fraud prevention that impact on our teams.</li><li>Involvement in projects or the development of new products, services, distribution channels or new technology to assess FinCrime risk and provide advice and guidance to mitigate any identified risks</li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
Requirements: <ul><li><strong>3</strong>+ years experience in FinCrime Prevention; ideally with an industry-recognised qualification in this area</li><li>Experience in preparing regulatory and business reports, being familiar with formal report writing, producing high-quality written reports and summaries</li><li>Maintain a fluid understanding of best practices and procedures in FinCrime prevention and typologies</li><li>Have experience in leading on FinCrime prevention initiatives and implementing business change</li><li>Experience in fraud rule writing whilst considering PSD2 requirements</li><li>Skilled at planning, organising, co-ordinating and working well under pressure and to strict deadlines</li><li>Demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Be well-versed in working independently, displaying effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation</li></ul>

On a mission to help you live inspired.</strong></p><p><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></p><p class="ql-align-justify">The role reports to the Group Financial Controller and is responsible for the provision of support for month end, the preparation of monthly management accounts, account reconciliations, year end audit and statutory reporting.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for month end process along with the Group Financial Controller.</li><li>Preparing the monthly financial reports with commentary</li><li>Supervising the management accountant with the month end close</li><li>Reconcile along with the management accountant all balance sheet account</li><li>Prepare management pack for the UK entities</li><li>Responsible for the Lithuanian entity audit</li><li>Review and submit the quarterly VAT returns</li><li>Support the Group Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks as required<strong> </strong></li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Qualified accountant with 1-2 years post qualification experience</li><li>Self-motivated with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.</li><li>Ability to produce accurate work and consistently deliver to reporting deadlines.</li><li>Good team player, assertive and takes ownership</li><li>Ability to quickly build relationships with internal and external contracts at all levels with confidence.</li><li>Motivated by a changing, growing environment.</li><li>Have a good foundation in technical accounting and strong analytical skills. You will be good with systems (preferably NetSuite) and proficient at Excel (v-lookups & pivot)</li></ul>

The role will include performing both advisory and investigative activities and will be a key point of contact for both the business and operational teams regarding Fraud, CDD and AML-related queries and projects.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Key Accountabilities: </strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Implementing and managing effective, internal and external FinCrime monitoring which can be regularly performed and tested.</li><li>Supporting Head of Fincrime and MLROs in performing risk analysis of new products, initiatives and projects and supporting in the execution of regional FinCrime risk assessments and control enhancements, where necessary</li><li>Building effective and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the fraud prevention programme</li><li>Performing regular fraud trend analysis and providing actionable recommendations to operations/product teams to reduce fraud losses and managing the preparation and collation of appropriate fraud-related management information to senior management</li><li>Keeping up to date with statutory and regulatory developments in relation to fraud prevention that impact on our teams.</li><li>Involvement in projects or the development of new products, services, distribution channels or new technology to assess FinCrime risk and provide advice and guidance to mitigate any identified risks</li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
Requirements: <ul><li><strong>3</strong>+ years experience in FinCrime Prevention; ideally with an industry-recognised qualification in this area</li><li>Experience in preparing regulatory and business reports, being familiar with formal report writing, producing high-quality written reports and summaries</li><li>Maintain a fluid understanding of best practices and procedures in FinCrime prevention and typologies</li><li>Have experience in leading on FinCrime prevention initiatives and implementing business change</li><li>Experience in fraud rule writing whilst considering PSD2 requirements</li><li>Skilled at planning, organising, co-ordinating and working well under pressure and to strict deadlines</li><li>Demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Be well-versed in working independently, displaying effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation</li></ul>

We are searching for an ambitious, innovative and thoughtful leader to inspire, develop and grow our Finance team.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify">You’ll report to the CFO and you will be responsible for all things finance, managing a growing team and crucially leading the business through a period of rapid growth and delivering on a number of high-profile finance projects including a company-wide ERP implementation. Requirements: <ul><li>ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE</li><li>Solid experience at Financial Controller level, to include: people management, core technical accounting (under IFRS and UK GAAP), and commercially-focused budget management</li><li>FRS102 to IFRS group accounting conversion experience</li><li>Experience managing reporting across multiple geographies and building and integrating systems to support international expansion required</li><li>Experience establishing new processes and procedures in short timeframes and clear track record of simplifying existing processes</li><li>Relevant industry experience within Fintech, Financial Services, Payments highly desired</li><li>Experience with multiple financial accounting systems (preferably NetSuite) and rapid iteration/agile working would also be highly desirable</li><li>Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills, as well as ability to multitask and lead several projects in a dynamic environment</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills across a range of functional areas</li><li>Excellent coaching skills with the ability to provide empathy and guidance to the other members of the finance team and ensuring their continuing development</li><li>You're curious, enthusiastic, adaptable, hands-on and excited by a rapidly-changing environment</li></ul><p>Some extra skills that would be great</p><ul><li>Experience in a growth-stage company, ideally in the financial technology space</li><li>Familiarity with the implementation of COSO/SOX-compliant control framework</li></ul>
