Healthy work life balance, no micromanaging, lots of perks such as half days in the summer, office closing during holidays, pick up dinners for holidays, nice gift at Christmas time

Career growth is not possible at this company and they pay extremely low. Everything is done very slowly at this company. Not much culture either - barely met anyone in the company. 2 week vacation. C level very unorganized as well.
