Office politics is very bad here. Gossiping and spreading rumors about other employees is very common. Humiliating other employees also pretty common here.
One time the HR conduct the mental health talk, once the talk finished there are few employees laughing and saying they really wanna know who's having a mental health issue in the office -knowing them I know it's just for their gossip material.
I think if you really good at sucking up to your higher up you'll be fine here. Most manager prefer middle/senior staff. They are not willing to train or educate the junior staff. There are a few junior staffs that got their probation extended or ended. If you are someone that have a good career and need time to adjust I don't recommend working here just for the sake of career growth.
The benefit is very little compared to other companies I've work with. Please verify the benefit before you accept the offer letter
