You will work closely with your immediate team colleagues and peers to service existing and new clients.</p> <p>In your day to day work, your range of duties will include data activation, integration, report preparation, troubleshooting, managing clients expectations and providing solutions from a technical feasibility standpoint. You will be the expert and go-to-person in providing platforms solutions to clients based on their goals and requirements.</p> <h2>Desired Skills and Experience:</h2> <p>Platforms Operations, Manager’s duties and responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Understand programmatic buying, data marketplaces with experience working with the DSP/DMP side of the business. Knowledge of advertiser buying behaviours, 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data audiences, platform functionality and platform integration</li> <li>Knowledge of data taxonomies, user interfaces and API application</li> <li>Work closely and communicate effectively with internal teams and external platform clients attending to their questions and requests</li> <li>Manage UI platform inventory to ensure data integrity and setup consistency</li> <li>Monitor data flows without any issues and operational agility</li> <li>Track and prepare data taxonomy updates across Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs)</li> <li>Prepare and activate data audiences to platforms partners</li> <li>Take up ad-hoc projects to facilitate and improve operational flows</li> <li>Troubleshooting of integrations and issues and resolving them with internal Technology Team and external clients</li> <li>Support business development meetings with top-tiered platform clients</li> <li>Support Global Data Operations team in Singapore on any urgent requests during their offline hours</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who Are You?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>2 to 3 years of ad-tech working experience preferably in the DSP/DMP business function</li> <li>Basic working knowledge of information systems and programming languages such as Javascript and SQL</li> <li>Able to translate business needs into technical requirements to Technology Team and vice versa to business users</li> <li>Excellent and proven account management abilities, organized and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with experience in working with different teams across different time zones</li> <li>Able to work within a complex ecosystem and deal with ambiguity</li> <li>A problem solver</li> <li>Great communication skills - both written and aural, proactive and collaborative.</li> <li>A self-learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, both business and technical</li> <li>A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs</li> <li>A team player with experience working with sales, product, and technology teams</li> <li>Motivated to get things done on behalf of our clients; resolve issues and pursue opportunities</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Comfortable traveling and working across multiple time zones</li> </ul> Nov 12th, 2019 01:32AM Nov 12th, 2019 01:32AM Technology Software & Computer Services
