<h3><strong>As a Menu Quality Specialist, you’d be responsible for:</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Reviewing &amp; editing</strong> ezCater menus for quality &amp; accuracy before they go live on the platform</li>
<li><strong>Revising &amp; maintaining</strong> the quality on our existing menus</li>
<li><strong>Gathering &amp; sorting</strong> data and trends to track progress and drive team development</li>
<li><strong>Developing &amp; presenting</strong> re-trainings as needed on an individual and team-wide basis</li>
<li><strong>Owning process enhancements</strong> to propel success for our catering partners and efficiency for the team</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re looking for a top-notch, hands-on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager to join our Security team and help us elevate our compliance game when it comes to designing, building and operating high-performance and highly-available systems.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At ezCater, the Manager of GRC will work with the various functions to evaluate the design and effectiveness of the control environment. This will include both operational and technical controls and developing trending for remediation efforts and overall compliance with operational standards. The individual will participate in the building of compliance programs including detailed exception reporting. This person will participate in pre-implementation reviews of new systems to ensure that there are proper controls over the development phase to meet compliance and best practice standards.</span></p>

The Security Operations Lead will participate in building out the functions needed to execute the Information Security strategy and roadmap. Simply put, Menu Specialists are responsible for transcribing &amp; updating all of the great menus on our site. After our sales team signs up a new catering partner, it’s the job of our menu team to help curate each partner’s online presence through consultations, menu transcriptions, and content management.</p>

<h3>As a Menu Specialist, you will:</h3>

<li>Transcribe: We’re on track to add thousands of new catering partners in 2019, and they will all need their menus entered onto the platform. Menu specialists will be at the forefront of that charge.</li>
<li>Consult: We help our catering partners build, update, and optimize their catering menus via phone and email.</li>
<li>Update: Our 60K+ partners need our assistance keeping their menus current: updating their pricing, offerings, and seasonal specials. Updating menus is the bulk of what we do. </li>
