I did not enjoy my time as a high net worth rep and did not like the direction of navigating to a branch: you need to start over as a financial representative with an intense pay cut! To get real financial experience, navigate to other forms that offer fair compensation, less cliques, and better management.

All this company cares about are stats. If you dare reach out to your help desk to ask for guidance, your team lead will reprimand you for doing so. If you make a mistake, your team lead will question why you didn't use your resources (i.e., help desk).
Since most people's salaries are based heavily on bonuses, you're viewed as just another number and not an actual person.
If you value your sanity, avoid working here.
