-There are some deadlines but you never feel overwhelmed with anxiety about meeting those deadlines and they give you a reasonable amount of time to do assignments

Don't talk about leadership; demonstrate it. While the little things (dress down Friday or Friday breakfast) done to improve morale are nice they don't make up for the serious issues this organization has. There has been a significant amount of turnover and those still here are either looking for a new opportunity or hoping for a miracle.
