Good at first, bad in the end
|
The company seems very nice at first, it provides decent care for new workers, helps you find ways to fit into the teams. This only lasts until you get to know higher-ups and their structures in the company. There are barely any. After some time, care for what workers are doing and how they are feeling go to absolute zero. You are expendable. Always. Only way you stay where you are is if you are a dual student. But even then, after you're done, your job isn't safe. Issues get ignored a lot, chaos is skillfully overlooked and structures and systems change a lot. Members are also expendable, their opinion rarely matters about anything. The company is nice and shiny from the outside, but once you've spent some time there, you will notice the incosistencies and the money-grabber behavior of the whole company.

There was no room for advancement, pay was minimum wage and no pay increases. Hours were cut constantly. Business finally closed down which is no surprise.

Workplace with amazing staff - but no support or care whatsoever from upper management
|
The work isn't too intense and not overwhelming, but keeps you busy and on your toes. The best part, well the only tolerable part of the job is the crew, the team members are always amazing and make the work more enjoyable. The pay is the minimum, and it always seems that upper management prioritize sales and profits over the experiences of the staff. Would recommend the job for someone who doesn't want anything too difficult and doesn't expect good pay.
