<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fivestars is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Android Hardware) to strategically source and manage the supply of mechanical and electrical components. The role will be highly dynamic based on the evolving needs of the organization and the Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for managing the Fivestars hardware portfolio of products from cradle to grave as well as driving alignment cross-functionally with key stakeholders in design, product, and engineering. </span></p>
<p><strong>Own and manage the following areas:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strategic Sourcing and Supply Management: vendor identification and selection, ongoing relationship management, cost management, demand forecasting, supply assurance, ramp readiness, yield, throughput improvement, and issue resolution.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Project/Product Management: drive cross-functional alignment with design, product, and engineering, articulate complex manufacturing/supply chain concepts to business including senior management, provide analysis on potential issues and tradeoffs for key decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manufacturing and Assembly Program Management: oversee and audit Android SoC, touch display, PCBA, plastic and sheet metal vendors as well as instructing and optimizing the final assembly of Fivestars kiosk at our Santa Clara warehouse.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">SCM degree, MS or BS Degree.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 5+ years of experience in Global Supply Management with mechanical/electrical components (board electrical, LCD touchscreens/displays, sheet metal, plastic injection molded parts). </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with hardware BOMs/cost drivers, manufacturing processes and test processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Great attention to detail with strong written/verbal communication skills, ability to work in multinational environments, driven and motivated.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record of meeting challenging organizational objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional analytical and Excel skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong negotiation skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with Android OS is a plus</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to travel 15% of the time internationally as required.</span></li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>A day in the life:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prospecting through canvassing, leveraging your territory and network to set appointments with small business owners</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Owning the full sales cycle process including utilization of a CRM to track performance and ensure communication and success</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Customizing a solution then onboarding new merchants with best practices to succeed on the Fivestars platform</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Desire to be a part of a rapidly growing San Francisco based start-up</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent time management and organization skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license and good driving record</span></li>
</ul>
