Formation's Dynamic Offer Optimization Platform enables marketers to automatically create and optimize unique offers for each of their consumers at the click of a button through our patent-pending machine-learning technology. You will operate at the center of the company, collaborating with leadership, sales, product, communications, demand generation and customer marketing to develop and execute on the company’s go-to-market plan. As a leader in the company, you will be one of the key storytellers and evangelists in the organization. You will help translate product capabilities and market insights into compelling campaigns, messaging and positioning.
You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on the market, use cases and value props and lead the enablement of the entire organization through an Insights & Enablement program. The perfect candidate excels in a startup environment and relishes the opportunity to drive clarity and define the GTM strategy.
This role reports to the SVP, Marketing.
