Outsourcing leads to lots of quick changes. The leaders don't know much about tech. FSA is owned by Simplilearn,"do your research". Even middle management isn't kept in the loop about changes until the last minute. The recent in office COVID exposure, which was completely avoidable, as this should always have been a remote position, coupled with the awful new VP of admissions and low pay, led to my decision to leave. The new VP of admissions with a Tween's name(Dustin), has the leadership stylings of a dead moth and only inspires nausea amongst the staff. Remember when companies, especially schools, hired energetic, affable, go-getting people for leadership positions? Yeah, fullstack hired the exact opposite person for the VP of Admissions role. This school inevitably will never succeed in their "ramp up" efforts, as they are just too careless and don't have successful or positive minded people in the main leadership positions. As a result, they don't listen to the enrollment team, only care about making numbers without a transparent plan to attain them, created a dysfunctional and borderline toxic culture driven by ego and absurd amounts of turnover. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
