Retrain all of your management. Seems to be a “we’ll hire anyone” place with how the interviews are done. There’s some good management, but the majority doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing/not qualified for the position. Focus needs to be more consumer based. Company can’t seem to get it right trying to attack commercial accounts, and leads employees to feel like they’re not cared for. Focus is on too many things and not on trying to get good at one thing.
