Toxic/ Manipulative work environment

Management changed 4 times in less than a year. Management refuses to maintain equipment. Company refuses to hire anyone with any sort of automotive experience. Company Targets criminal types for employment and doesn't enforce certain rules while fabricating stories to terminate you.

too many cons over pros
|
This is more of a summer job than a regular job/career. you have 4 months where you can get 40 hours a week but after that you’ll barely get 25 hours week. Management is a joke, they don’t really know what they’re doing and don’t give you the things to be successful and blame you when you can’t do your job with properly training. Stay away. Company definitely feeling like it’s going under. Coworkers are great tho

Hard to sell, business have periods of being slow. Once the winter hits you will barely be able to get hours. The corporate team is not helpful when it comes to helping.

It's a upcoming business the pay is good but the hours aren't.
Not all sites are bad but mines was.
Training is easy.
Management doesn't care whether it's raining or not you will have to work in all conditions.

They will overwork you and show no appreciation. Took a cities from the red to being in the black within one month of taking over and was rewarded with a hat.
Company isn’t structured for growth or to achieve current goals. They call it walk crawl run meaning being unprepared and failing with new clients is acceptable.
There is no work life balance every hour of every day you will be solving problems or on call. If you take a vacation they will call and text you every hour of it.
