You should be able to analyze data and identify what’s working and what isn’t, and feed that into the improvement process.

About the team:

About the role:
As the first Associate Program Manager for Gojek’s Kernel team, you will play a critical role in driving operational rigor, in order to grow the team from its inception stages to stable execution.You will work directly with the Head of Engineering.
You will be responsible for implementing and operationalising scalable, reliable, and predictable systems across all Gojek offices in Indonesia, India, Singapore and beyond. Your work will impact the engineering team significantly by enabling them to build, test, deploy, monitor, analyze and iterate on their code base in a more efficient and consistent way.
Your primary internal stakeholders will be the Kernel leadership team, and Product Operation leads who participate in Kernel programs. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of future-proof processes and systems that can be easily scaled.
You will be responsible for reviewing all current processes and systems to review and revamp for better efficiency. You will also be the single point of contact between the execution team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors if needed. It will be your responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved in order to prioritise, schedule and deliver on time.
Additionally, as a part of the larger Program Management division, you will be expected to be an active and engaged member of the team working with a direct PgM mentor and your fellow PgM colleagues around team goals, career growth, knowledge sharing, and generally improving the overall function across the entire organisation.
This role will be based out of Bangalore.
