We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to assist with administrative duties. The highly successful candidate will keep the executive that they support organized, productive and informed, while also helping to run the day-to-day operations of the office.

The Senior Manager of Inventory Management and Range Planning will be responsible for developing and maintaining distribution and purchasing strategies consistent with our financial and inventory targets at both the category and location level within their specific categories. In addition, they will make sure that the GoPuff assortment is relevant to our customers. The Senior Manager will create and manage the purchasing strategy while also developing the allocation algorithms to ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities. It will be imperative that this person demonstrate the problem-solving and analytical skills necessary to thrive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

We are looking for an experienced, high-performing, creative and self-driven digital marketer, who can strategically plan and coordinate large-scale digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving long-term traffic, brand awareness and customer acquisition. The successful candidate has experience managing teams and is able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, partnering with cross-functional and cross-border teams.

As Gopuff grows in the EU, the Inventory management team will focus on making sure product quantities meet our customer demand at all times. This would require a strong sense for data analytics and the ability to drive large-scale projects, on top of having a self-starter attitude along with a strong business judgment and understanding of customer expectations.
