Owner of idaho locations is sketchy
|
There are consistently problems with pay. Checks are often inaccurate and missing hours and bonuses. Owner lives out of state and doesn't like to be bothered by staff texts/calls even for important or emergency situations. 15 min haircuts are expected all day long with very minimal breaks.

The owners have no idea how to run a salon
|
I love working with the kids. Very satisfying to help them learn to get a haircut. Owners never take into account that it takes a special person to do the job. It is a very difficult job because your dealing with a moving client. You also have to deal with the picky parents. So really you have 3 customers.

Cookie Cutters McMurray is a fantastic place to work! I have worked it other places similar to Cookie Cutters but this has by far been the best place to work. The Owner is awesome to work for and with. This would be a very good fit for someone to loves kids and thrives in a fast paced environment!

Terrible.

The people here are literally terrible. Management is the worse and they talk about you behind your back in here. There is no personal conversations you should ever have with anyone here because they will bring it up around EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY the manager, when you’re not around. No professionalism here whatsoever. If you have a problem with one of the people you work with, the manager will talk about you to them and then act like she’s on your side but talked badly about you to them.. causing drama. It’s not worth working here to be treated terribly. I wouldn’t even advise anyone in school to work here. You deserve to be treated well at work and being around people who genuinely care about your growth. The manager and employees here are the exact opposite and I personally believe there needs to be a whole reset of a different manager and employees in here. OH, and there’s no teamwork in here whatsoever. Just all around, one of the worse places to work.
