- Incredible inbound lead engine and brand reputation across the market
- Good work/life balance with leaders who understand the need to switch off (very rare in sales especially!)
- Reasonable and attainable targets
- Great diversity across the sales team
- Friendly, fun environment - very little 'sharky' behaviour
- Product development has improved massively since new CTO, constantly releasing new, relevant features that help us sell.
- Sales leaders in EMEA have actually done the job means they're not afraid to get stuck in and get their hands dirty unlike some other companies.
- Lots of team events, team building, lunches and celebrations in the office making it a happy, fun place to work.
- Good collaboration between different departments - legal, account management, sales etc all working together as a team.

- Management are still figuring out the outbound motion so there are some teething pains here, it's being worked on though!
- Everything else is great - the tenure of the team speaks for itself!
