Poor management, culture, and benefits.

What seemed to be the dream workplace and culture ended up being the complete opposite.
This small, family owned dealership is a drama-filled and political nightmare. There is no confidentiality when it comes to the "open door policy" with upper management. I experienced this myself first-hand when I had confided in one of my leaders, who was also part of the dealers ownership, and this information was later shared with my fellow employees and had made its way all the way back to me.
Next, ROI and benefits are a joke. Not only do you have to wait a year before accrewing any vacation time (1 week), there are also no sick days. They claim as a salesman that you can make up to $100k a year but that's a joke. This dealership has NO foot traffic, and internet/phone leads are spooned to whoever is the favorite salesman at the time, leaving everyone else to starve. It is common to feel both underpaid and underappreciated.
When employees quit for any reason, even for better opportunities, they are made to feel as if they are never welcome back/now have a poor relationship with the owners. Almost all decisions made by ownership are emotions based, resulting in constant changes in policy and expectations. Pay plan changes and threats are thrown around so often that people are left wondering "whos next?"
If you enjoy stressful workplace politics, being underpaid, and poor upper management; this is the place to go.

Working here has been great! My co-workers and managers are some of the best people I have ever met, and they all are hard-working and want nothing but for you to be successful. If you're a hard worker they really believe in you and help you get promoted. The work environment is great and I really enjoy coming to work. They also have awesome perks/incentives for employees. I have learned so much and it's hands down the best place I have worked at thus far.

INFINITI of Denver is hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Management offers an open door policy for any and all concerns and they take the time to listen and offer advice when needed. It is a fun and friendly environment that makes going to work each day something to look forward to. There is plenty of room for growth with the company as they tend to promote from within. The dealership also offers many perks both inside and outside of work making employees feel valued. The last Friday of every month they celebrate employee birthdays with delicious cupcakes and they also put together celebrations for employee anniversaries. Overall, every day at INFINITI of Denver is a great day!

In my 37 years in the car business I have never worked for a Dealership like Infiniti of Denver. Great ownership, leadership and willingness to help you be successful. I spent most of my career with one company and thought they got it. I realized very quickly they didn't after moving to Infiniti of Denver. Support and compassion are just a couple of the premium qualities this company has. If you get the chance to join that team you should!

I don't think you should be in your 20s working here but if your a student or teenager then it will probably be easy work. You could teach a monkey to wash a car.

cookies on tuesday food every last saturday, and I think you get a deal off used cars but nothing substantial.

It gets very slow, and if ur not occupied during the slow periods you get critized.
