This place was a complete joke.No training on the system. All the managers are clueless and super incompetent Jamila, Marquitta, and the pay is ridiculously low. If you are a previous Waffle House employee this place will seem like a goal mine. Meaning everyone there is the bottom of the barrel. No customer service training on calls but you don’t need it if you are just delivering the same message I cannot cash your check.All you do is lie to the customer by telling them the risk is to high. Anyone above the mid to lower level managers seem to have a little of intelligence. Prehaps you should focus of manager training of learning basic form of communication. All
the employees are from some joke call center of Comcast obviously these were all the ones that got let go for lack of performance and professionalism. Complete joke!!!

I loved every part of Ingo Money. They have great incentives. The hours changed a lot. Kind of made it hard for me with three kids. I hate that they fired me for nothing but kept a girl that was losing a lot of the company money.

It was a structured yet laid back environment.
|
The job itself is easy to fall into. Once you get started you find your rhythm quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the time you work. You work all day almost every day so any important things that require your attention during a normal 9-5 day has to be severely planned out, delegated, or you'll have to use a vacation day for. ( i.e. doctors appointments, car maintenance, home maintenance, etc.)

Some free lunches during major peak times, higher pay on the weekends, promotions are on a schedule up to a point (performance trumps the schedue though).

Great fun place

Very fun and uplifting office to work in, was able to get up and on my feet rather quickly with the help of fellow coworkers. Great management, interesting people and interesting work.
