In order to achieve Communication Excellence, we offer a bespoke consultancy service to establish the barriers to creating good communication, working with the business to develop solutions for overcoming those barriers. For example, the issue may be complex such as helping the executive team/Board develop the strategy and vision for the business. Working out how that can be communicated effectively to the rest of the business ensuring that the goals of departments and individuals are directly related to that vision and strategy. We also offer a number of courses, off the shelve, without the benefit of bespoke consultancy, they can be tailored to the organisations requirements at an extra cost; Presentation Skills, Personal Impact and Effectiveness, Influencing Skills, Engaging your People, Team Building, Flexing your Communication Style, One to One Coaching, Facilitation Skills. Complementary to the above we also produce a set of coaching DVD’s called “Communication Excellence”, designed for the user to access the learning at any time for a relatively small investment. The first in the series is called Communication Excellence ‘Handling difficult conversations’ and provides an invaluable resource for anyone in a management or leadership role.
