The people here are hard-working, motivated and genuinely like each other. It also says a lot that a small, growing startup was willing to adopt Holacracy at such a young age. It shows investment in its people and the courage to try new things. Sometimes expectations aren't clearly defined and expressed prior to projects starting, which inevitably leads to disappointment.
