Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben mich im Praktikum gut eingelernt.<br/>Das tolle beim Praktikum war, dass ich zwar im Produktmanagement gearbeit habe, aber trotzdem in so gut wie allen Bereichen, reinschauen konnte und mich einbringen konnte. Ich möchte morgens gerne in die Arbeit gehen und mich darauf freuen. Und das funktioniert bei JimDrive besonders gut. Das klappt wunderbar und ich kann mir meine Arbeitszeiten sehr flexibel einteilen. Motto: Jede Meinung ist wertvoll! Da ich als Teilzeitkraft das beste Beispiel bin, gibt es hier Best-Noten! Es gibt regelmaßige Meetings (tägliche StandUps, wöcheenliche News, monatliche Updates und Quarter-Meetings) Wir haben gerade unsere neuen Büroräume bezogen. SHOW_FULL intern Yes employer - extrem lockerer Umgang, es wird sehr viel gelacht<br/>- tolle Teamevents<br/>- alle arbeiten zusammen - mehr Flexibilität bei der Arbeitszeit wäre wünschenswert mehr Personal- und Feedbackgespräche 4.3 4.0 4.0 3.0 3.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 3.0 5.0 Tolles Start-Up, von dem alle Mitarbeiter überzeugt sind, und das spürt man auch. Zu sehr interessanten Aufgaben mischen sich manchmal Routineaufgaben, was aber bei einem Praktikum wohl leider unvermeidbar ist.
