Office environment was amazing with the team.

No direction, no plan, no marketing, no operations team in NY. They expect you to make the brand known with no help. They sit in Spain and the UK expecting you to make 150 calls to businesses who never heard of them trying to get them to post their job on the platform. Then they get mad when you don’t produce. How can one get 10 a week with no source of marketing and no in office operations team. The commission & pay is very low. Also there’s no black or brown in upper management. They treat black or brown employees like trash. If you don’t believe me please look up the company, you will see the pictures! The company is a complete mess and revolving door. Do yourself a favor and run!!!
