<p><strong>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The CRM System Analyst is responsible for managing JUUL Labs’s customer service technical infrastructure which is centered around the Salesforce platform. The main responsibility of this position will be to drive enhancements and solutions to continuously increase the effectiveness of our service teams. <p><strong>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Producing and distributing a physical product at a global scale, while at the same time setting standards in innovation is a difficult task. To achieve this goal at JUUL, we employ a data-driven approach using our cloud-based data platform as the basis. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Senior Analytics Engineer within the Data Team, you will be part of the group responsible for our data platform. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:</span></p>

<p>We are seeking a top tier candidate for the role of an<strong> IT Specialist</strong> for a for a top Silicon Valley company who are revolutionizing their consumer product industry with a disruptive technology.</p>
<p>The IT Support Specialist is a hands-on position responsible for supporting JUUL Labs employees’ IT needs for our UK team. Candidate should have extensive experience supporting users of Mac OSX and Windows operating systems and a solid understanding of networking concepts.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<li>Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss estimate and resolve issues</li>

<p><strong>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>The Senior DevOps Engineer develops and manages software continuous deployment and integration processes, alerting and monitoring frameworks and builds and maintains the systems and network infrastructure hosted in our AWS environment.</p>
<p>This includes working with our high volume eCommerce platform and involves building and maintaining our dockerized environments, ensuring sufficient capacity for traffic spikes and monitoring system health and performance across the entire stack from load balancers to databases.</p>
<p>This position works closely with our internal software developers, external partners and service providers to ensure our systems are stable, reliable and provide a fast, responsive experience for our customers.</p>

<li>Build, maintain and optimize a multi-tier software packaging and code deployment system</li>
<li>Develop automation scripts for provisioning and auto-scaling of infrastructure</li>
<li>Ensure 99.999% uptime and availability of key production systems and supporting infrastructure</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and log data; look for precursors to issues before they become bigger problems</li>
<li>Apply aggressive systems security best practices and ensure accurate logging and alerting of security-related issues</li>
<li>Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment of software changes and work with project teams on major infrastructure overhauls and upgrades</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on all current and future AWS services and tools and provide guidance and evangelism on how best to make use of cloud infrastructure to support company growth</li>

<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p>

<p>The IT Support Specialist is a hands-on position responsible for supporting JUUL Labs employees’ IT needs for our UK team. Candidate should have extensive experience supporting users of Mac OSX and Windows operating systems and a solid understanding of networking concepts.</p>

<p>JUUL Labs is seeking a Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Manager to join the JUUL team in France. Directly supervised by the French Market Operations Director, you will be responsible for downstream (order-to-deliver) logistics processes execution and demand &amp; supply planning in close relations with EMEA logistics &amp; supply chain teams and our 3PL.</p>
<p>Your main objectives will be to ensure On Time in Full deliveries and products availability at optimised supply &amp; inventory costs.</p>

<li>You will be responsible of the complete order-to-delivery (trough the 3 distributions channels being Distributors, Direct 2 Retail, and e-commerce) processes execution and performance implying:</li>
<li>Order management</li>
<li>Logistics / warehousing operations</li>

<li>You will be the main point of contact for our 3PL to manage daily performance and OTIF related issues resolution in coordination with customer success (for B2B) and customer support (for B2B) teams</li>
<li>Based on historical data, enriched with sales and strategy inputs, you will build the demand forecast models, and its variations (by distribution channels, regions…)</li>
<li>You will monitor suppliers (manufacturing, logistics, transport…) capacities on a regular basis to ensure procurement parameters updating: manufacturing capacity, warehousing/inventory capacities, transportation lead times…</li>
<li>You will be at the center of the sales and operations process, preparing demand and capacity data before the S&amp;OP meeting, perform simulations during it, and then communicate updated data together with arbitration on demand, supplies, and inventory policy after the meeting to every stakeholder: sales, marketing, operations, finance…</li>
<li>You will be particularly involved within the following processes:
