As a Senior Product Manager focusing on Growth, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from defining the product strategy and roadmap to driving release milestones with the engineering team. You will be using your skills in strategic thinking, user research, data analysis, requirements definition and release management to create products that deliver measurable results.

About the Role
As our Senior Business Development Lead you will bring your extensive sales experience to KOHO to execute on new offerings, as well as other strategic initiatives. Leveraging your past experience, you will support, contribute to and evolve KOHO’s partnerships and sales objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will have an established awareness and knowledge of competitive financial products, solutions, and offerings. You will work from this knowledge base to prospect, evaluate and prioritize new opportunities, leading to and delivering on new B2B sales for KOHO. You will also establish key performance indicators to ensure the ultimate success of our short and long-term goals. You will work closely with internal teams through the sales process and into implementation.

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at KOHO will lead the FP&A team to provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the financial planning function for the organization. The Director, FP&A, will work collaboratively with senior executives and business partners across KOHO to have a strategic impact on maximizing value creation. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and effective planning processes, accurate financial forecasts, timely monthly management and Board reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis. The successful candidate will build collaborative relationships across the business and lead a high performing team.
