<li>Lead and mentor a world-class team of Dev and QA engineers as you chart a course to expand our desktop and mobile capabilities</li>
<li>Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of the team, championing process, driving execution and inspiring others by your example</li>
<li>Develop a strategic technology vision for our storefront platform, addressing customer needs within the context of our unique business dynamics</li>
<li>Create and execute a staffing plan aligned with our business needs and technology vision</li>
<li>Collaborate deeply with senior leadership in Engineering, Product, Marketing, Creative and Merchandising</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A passion for building high-quality solutions and cultivating engineering best practices in an agile environment</li>
<li>Experience managing modern web frameworks and Cloud-native architectures</li>
<li>Consistently built happy and empowered cross-functional teams, putting an emphasis on career growth and development</li>
<li>A philosophy of data-driven, iterative product development and continuous optimization</li>
<li>A relentless drive to move forward quickly, balanced with the patience to lead through others and manage complexity</li>
