Very demanding work environment, confusing marketing materials and needing to explain to customers and manage expectations, poor communication from HR, outdated equipment and denied requests for replacement equipment. I was injured on the job performing expected duties that were unreasonable leading to a lasting back injury without adequate response from HR and forfeiting a workers comp claim to get care when I needed it.
