Very toxic and chaotic. Workers are always complaining and management doesn’t care to implement policies that would create productivity and profit. Clientele are largely rude and annoying although you occasionally meet some good ones.

Great place to work not enough pay

Not high enough pay base was 15 an hour with 2.50 extra per session you worked, had to go out and find people like every regular personal trainer job. So fun to work there

Fun job, poor workplace environment

The job is a ton of fun but the workplace environment can be tough depending on the location you’re at. Not much work life balance either in my experience. Good place to work if you’re competitive and enjoy meeting new people

An okay company to work for

Worked here for 6 years. Its a fun company to work for as front desk but as an OM its a pain. You deal with the people in sales, which I found out are all the same in each state. I have a friend who works in San Diego who has the exact experience. Prepare to do ALOT for the low pay
