Treat staff very well (perks, benefits, training, etc.)

Excellent perks & benefits, great internal growth opportunities & training and fun employee engagement events (staff parties, after work get together's, committees, etc.)
|
Like all places there's some internal politics, favoritism, some staff and management get paid in excess with just a small workload. (aka no one should be online shopping during work hours..) whilst others work hard with mediocre pay.
