<p>Level Access is seeking a Sales Director to manage and grow existing client accounts and to organically grow the client base in specific market verticals. The Sales Director will manage Executive Account Managers in specific industries to identify and track customer needs, define and close business, monitor delivery of projects to clients and manage customer satisfaction. .&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Meet or exceed sales targets for your assigned territory/region/market verticals.</li>
<li>Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve quarterly/annual targets.</li>
<li>Recruit and train account executives for your region.</li>
<li>Manage the day-to-day activities of your team to ensure accuracy of reporting and forecasting.</li>
<li>Ensure your team meets quota through new sales and upsells to existing clients.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and our value propositions.</li>
<li>Become familiar with Level Access relationships and how they relate to building pipeline and securing new business.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Training New Reps</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure that all sales reps are well versed on Level Access products and services</li>
<li>Verify your team is able to deliver the corporate pitch and appropriate product demos.</li>
<li>Participate in pre-discovery calls to support new team members and provide feedback.</li>
<li>Review proposals to ensure they have the Level Access branding, are accurate, and provide a compelling value to the prospect.</li>
<li>Help your team leverage the account planning process embedded in SalesForce.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Develop Client Relationships</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Focus efforts on establishing accounts and growing relationships with clients.</li>
<li>Leverage the marketing plan to ensure you are maximizing impact on inbound leads.</li>
<li>Work closely with your team on deal strategy, taking the lead when appropriate to ensure c-level involvement from the client and/or ensure the appropriate Level Access executive team are helping work deals.</li>
<li>Keep the team focused on upsells and selling additional products/services into existing clients.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Managing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Use consistent bottoms-up planning to understand how the team will achieve your quarterly targets.</li>
<li>Work with demand generation team to develop a monthly/quarterly strategy and measurement of success.</li>
<li>Review pipeline and deal strategy on a regular basis to ensure strategic next steps and accurate forecasting.</li>
<li>Keep prospecting a part of the regular routine for the team you are managing, and add new prospects to the pipeline on a consistent basis.</li>
<li>Effectively use the Salesforce CRM tool to ensure accuracy of forecast for your team.</li>
<li>Ensure all team members are managing expenses based on company policy.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Professional Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 to 5 years of management experience</li>
<li>Bachelors degree required</li>
<li>5+ years’ sales experience in SaaS Enterprise Sales&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>
<li>Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level decision-makers</li>
<li>Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services, meeting the complex business objectives identified through a structured discovery process.&nbsp;</li>

As our Accessibility Consultant you will work with clients to test and validate user interfaces against accessibility requirements and consult on the effective technical implementation of digital accessibility requirements in client systems. You will utilize your significant experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and strong verbal and written communication skills.</p>
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Test Set Definition</strong>&nbsp;– You will work with the client to determine the boundaries of the testing environment. The Accessibility Consultant will identify a representative test set of the user interface components found in the client’s system.</li>
<li><strong>Testing</strong>&nbsp;– You will test client’s systems against specific manual tests and assistive technology tools. The Accessibility Consultant will enter test results into AMP (Accessibility Management Platform) – the industry’s first on-demand solution that integrates the business and technical aspects of complying with regulations, such as Section 508, the ADA, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.</li>
<li><strong>Reporting</strong>&nbsp;– You will deliver testing results to the client and will participate in conference calls and follow-up discussions in order to create a road map to improve the accessibility and usability of the client’s IT system.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Consultation</strong>&nbsp;– You will consult with customers on the proper methods for implementing digital accessibility in systems. This will span a variety of web, mobile, hardware and document systems.</li>
<li><strong>Business Process Consultation</strong>&nbsp;– You will work with customers to consult on the process implementation approach for accessibility in the client’s environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Technical Experience</strong>&nbsp;- If HTML, JavaScript, and CSS make you want to get out of the bed in the morning, this is probably a good job for you. We are looking for someone with a core understanding of web development technologies and how they impact the user experience. Experience developing user interfaces and PDF documents is a plus.</li>
<li><strong>Communicative</strong>&nbsp;- You should be able to clearly and effectively communicate with clients in both written and verbal fashion. Written communication should show a high attention to detail. Verbal communication should be formal and indicate the ability to communicate complex topics concisely. Our consulting positions are on the front-line with our customers and it is imperative that you inspire confidence when speaking with customers.</li>
<li><strong>Testing Focus</strong>&nbsp;- A large portion of what we do involves testing interfaces and validating that they conform to technical requirements. A desire to perform this validation and experience testing web-based interfaces for compliance with design specifications is critical.</li>

<p>As leader of the training services practice you will own and operate a P&amp;L that will focus on delivering a variety of training offerings to our customers. The practice leader will build and manage a team that is highly skilled in providing onsite and virtual training programs for our technology solutions as well as custom training offerings. The leader will work very closely with sales , marketing and product management teams to strategize the right go to market plan for training offerings and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction associated with training delivery. We are looking for an enterprising business leader with prior experience in running training services groups in software firms and has developed various strategies to grow the business. <br> <br> <strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Define the direction for Training Services team by developing delivery models and plans to take various services offerings to market</li>
<li>Lead the transformation of ideas and customer insights and data into actionable concepts, projects, and deliverables incorporating business objectives, market needs and financial drivers.</li>
