Worst company…. Worst Hr team. Useless managers

Guys, don’t join here in any team.
They will spoil your career.

Most rated reviews are given by puppet employees who stays here for 10 long years as they don’t have any other way except putting jalra to ceo and president. All managers will get bad scolding from management but they won’t leave and put blame on others as they don’t have any option.
Hr team here is the most worst team you can ever see. Hr will talk unnecessary abusive words. No basic needs will be fullfilled.
Management won’t give hike properly and treat employees like slaves.
They will conduct events but ask employees to do fun activities for ceo and president as if employees are joker and they too enjoy treating employees like this.
Management is still holding on these hr team even they know how bad are they as they are management side and management don’t want to support the employees in any ways.

I strongly advise against considering employment with this company due to the following reasons: 1. Your efforts and hard work will go unnoticed and unappreciated. 2. There is no opportunity for professional growth or skill development, as you will be stuck doing the same tasks for an extended period. 3. The management treats employees as mere puppets. This year (2023), the company only conducted performance appraisals for selected employees and neglected the rest without any explanation. Previous appraisals took place in 2020, overall employees strength is 60, including housekeeping and security staff, still appraisals never happen on time. In fact, you will have to beg for an appraisal, which occurs only once every 2-3 years. All positive reviews on Glassdoor & Google were written by us as HR requested us to do. CAUTION: Please check with the employees before you join.

A good place to start and explore in the initial stages of your career, if you are a refresher you can start with this company but even if you 1 to 2 years experience never joing here
|
1. They don't value the contribution you do to the company
2. They are still yet to pay leave encashments to their relieved employees, there are people who got relieved 5 to 6 years back and still waiting for this company to process their leave encashment
3. The CEO's think they know everything but to be very honest they lack the leadership skills
There are so many other -ve I can list but even after reading such reviews they are not going to change the way they operate

If they are not going to pay the pending leave encashment, I am planning to do the following things immediately
1. Reaching out to the investors directly and letting them know about this
2. Reaching out to the publishers and let them know how their revenue is calculated (Cheated) by enrolling in Gold subscription
3. Reaching out to all the relieved employees of Magzter and then send a legal notice (where few employees are already ready to join with me)
Even if I don't receive my leave encashment balance, I still wanted the company to face it's consequences so that atleast moving forward they don't do such things with their new employees
