Best pro is the parking is underground, in Texas this is a huge blessing. When a fulltime employee there is a fitness center and great HR, ability to move up, change departments, speak up and be heard without retaliation, makeup discount. Fun team building and acknowledgment Dress code is dressy. Lots of extra employees, as processes are divided up in minutia.
