Melnik Resources designs and manufactures height adjustable tables, lift platforms, lean manufacturing carts, and innovative monitor and video wall mounting solutions. We work collaboratively with other professionals including ergonomists, process engineers, and health and safety specialists to provide tools which improve productivity, improve worker comfort, enhance process flow and promote communication.
Our customers include automotive, food processing, metal and plastics parts processors, and leading media communications specialists. As an OEM manufacturer supplying office furniture clients - Melnik height adjustable table bases and monitor handling solutions are installed in radiology departments across Canada and the US. ‘Agile’, ‘capable’ and ‘compact’ describe the company but our goal is large – to help customers solve ergonomic, positioning and fixturing problems in a cost effective, efficient manner.
We offer our customers products and solutions which are well designed and customized to the degree necessary. We collaborate using 3D design and web based software to ensure clear communication at each step in the manufacturing process. Melnik has utilized an ERP software system since 2000 which supports data collection and streamlines the manufacturing process from estimation through generation of financials.
