<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for a Land Entitlements Manager to ensure the successful approvals of our accessory dwelling (ADU) and single family housing projects throughout California. You will be responsible for managing the entire entitlements process for projects, including working with various consultants such as architects, structural engineers, and mechanical engineers in creating permit packages to submit to various authority having jurisdictions (AHJ), as well as conducting code and housing related market research.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">A great Land Entitlements Manager will be detail oriented and able to manage a large number of different projects simultaneously. They must also be well-versed in California Building Code, and able to quickly do research into local municipal codes as required.&nbsp;</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your scope of work will include: managing the entitlements process for all active and incoming projects in partnership with the project management team for Northern California; conducting research to code changes and maintain an AHJ regulation database; conducting outreach to ADU advocacy groups to create long term partnerships for collaboration; conducting initial compliance checks on potential clients properties; expanding and managing our Entitlements Management System.</span></h4>

<p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p>
A passionate Sustainability Program Manager who will create value across multiple areas. A key element is supporting the creation and delivery of project-level Sustainability strategy, embedding environmental and social outcomes in alignment with Mighty Buildings’ Sustainability framework and targets. Additionally this role will support, and lead as appropriate, outreach to stakeholders from various sectors to develop Partnerships to further Mighty Buildings' strategic goals. The Sustainability Program Manager will act as a subject matter expert, supporting, inspiring, and engaging various Mighty Buildings’ teams to achieve our ambitious targets. You will be responsible for helping to develop and drive Sustainability &amp; Partnership strategies through strong engagement and collaboration with Production, Delivery, Engineering, and R&amp;D teams; communicating data driven analysis to demonstrate opportunities; as well as undertaking research and innovating to demonstrate ongoing leadership in providing tools to help solve the Housing Crisis while mitigating the Climate Crisis. This position will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer.

<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conducting detailed analysis of product and project Sustainability strategies and initiatives, including in response to regulatory &amp; municipal landscape and specific client &amp; partner needs.</li>
<li>Facilitate the identification of risks, opportunities and development of social and environmental strategies aligned with Mighty Buildings’ Sustainability framework to achieve our targets.</li>
<li>Lead the preparation and regular review of Sustainability Management Plans to track progress towards project and business sustainability targets.</li>
<li>In collaboration with the Sustainability Technical Lead, oversee the work of Consultants providing third party certifications, energy analysis, life cycle analysis, carbon accounting and other relevant Sustainability scopes of work engaged by internal teams.</li>
<li>Develop RFPs for Sustainability Consultants and manage contracting as required by internal teams.</li>
<li>Guide project level mitigation response to Climate &amp; Social Related Risk Assessments</li>
<li>Work closely with Sustainability Technical Lead in execution &amp; management of entries to environmental reports and benchmarks (e.g. GRESB, Value Reporting Foundation, etc).</li>
<li>Manage and create case studies, and contribute to internal and external Sustainability communication, messaging, and reporting in collaboration with the Marketing Team</li>
<li>Serve as the initial point of contact for potential Partnership &amp; Vendor relationships, including public, private, and civil society partners to identify those worth pursuing further.</li>
