Millionair Club Charity is a Temporary Staffing Agency that connects people experiencing homelessness and poverty in the Greater Seattle area with dignified jobs and support services. We recognize that the homelessness crisis cannot truly be solved without a plan for tomorrow, so we empower people with job opportunities and tools to become self-sufficient. Rather than just giving a handout, we give people a way out of their situations.
Currently, our workers can be found staffing the Seattle sports stadiums, cooking in renowned restaurants, landscaping premier golf courses, manning massive warehouses, assisting community members with moves and real estate prep, cleaning Seattle's streets, and more! We expand our industry reach every day, and we help staff both commercial and residential jobs, long-term, short-term, permanent, and one-off.
Unfortunately, it’s not always as simple as just getting a job. Sometimes, there are hurdles to overcome before a person is ready to work. That is why Millionair Club Charity is not your average temporary staffing firm; we provide meals, shower and laundry facilities, storage lockers, transportation passes, and vision care to our workers so that they are fully prepared and able to bring their best selves.
Our team meets with every worker to establish an individualized plan and set goals for their specific employment needs. Once we complete their enrollment and orientation process, we make it as easy as possible for our workers to thrive and succeed in our temporary staffing program.
