<p>MDB Co. is looking for a stellar <strong>Administrative Assistant </strong>to join our team. You will provide administrative support to the CEO and the VP of Sales, in a professional, polished, and mature manner while maintaining confidentially and exercising good judgment. You should be organized and have a high attention to detail, as you will lead the charge in various ad-hoc projects as directed by the CEO.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate meetings including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, preparing facilities, and preparing other background information in advance of meetings.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate onsite and offsite events and meetings within a budget, including organizing internal and external global meetings, videos, and conference calls.</li>
<li>Compose routine business correspondence; create distribution lists; and prepare materials for presentations. Conduct research and advanced planning for the executive.</li>
<li>Monitor executive and department calendar, including finding, preparing, organizing, printing documents and other background information in advance of meetings and ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit expense reports and monitor approval flows relating to travel and other expenses of the executive.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule domestic and international travel for executive plus other directors in the department.</li>
<li>Maintain accountability and accept responsibility: provide reports to executive on status of all activities including requests, open items, among other matters.</li>
<li>Other duties and projects assigned by the CEO.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of experience in providing administrative professional support to an office, staff and executive-level managers.</li>
<li>Excellent time/project management expertise. Ability to manage complex scheduling.</li>
<li>Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills including a sound command of verbal and written English, particularly an ability to write and to proofread email messages and other documents for grammar, spelling, and stylistic mistakes.</li>

<p>We are hiring for an <strong>IT Support Specialist</strong> to provide support to various IT functions at MDB Co. You will troubleshoot issues, represent the Helpdesk via processes, general system updates, and provide technology support for all associates. You will be tasked with setting up conference room meetings, maintaining computer supply inventory, and improving IT services through constant feedback. <p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>EDI Specialist</strong> to join our Process Improvements and Technology team. This role will play a crucial part in this exciting time of our company’s exponential growth. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will project manage the setup of new partners, as well as support and maintain existing partnerships, and become the company’s leading EDI subject-matter expert.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Engage in end-to-end testing and setup in a beta ERP environment</li>
<li>Research and troubleshoot a multitude of partner-specific, carrier-specific, item-specific, or user-error scenarios and be able to quickly diagnose, fix, and communicate to stakeholders</li>
<li>Setup and maintain:<br>o EDI X12 mapping and templates for various partners<br>o AS2 and FTP connections and certificate changes<br>o Partner-specific packing slip and UCC labels</li>
<li>Communicate (written and verbal) on business, logistics, accounting, and systematic aspects of new setup with partners</li>
<li>Influence partners to make changes to accommodate internal business processes</li>
<li>Explain technical information to non-industry personnel; as well as translate non-technical processes into technical requirements</li>
<li>Make strategic decisions that are scalable for multiple partners long-term, rather than hard-coding partner-specific requirements only</li>

<p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p>

<li>Expert understanding of various business, logistics, accounting, warehouse, and systematic practices from an ERP perspective</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Navision/Lanham preferred</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience with EDI X12 preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of C/AL (Client/server Application Language) or C/SIDE (Server Integrated Development Environment) programming preferred</li>
<li>Intermediate API XML/JSON experience is a plus</li>
<li>Strong project coordination, time management, and communication skills</li>
<li>Previous experience within an E-commerce, drop-shipping wholesale business is a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of ERP Bill of Ladings, LTL, and routing processes is a plus</li>

<p>We are seeking a passionate, experienced <strong>Controller</strong> who will oversee and lead our Accounting Team in managing AR, AP, preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial and management reports to executive teams. In addition, our Controller is tasked with establishing internal control, accounting process and procedures, tracking budget variances, controlling expenses, managing cash flow, and leveraging technology to improve overall efficiency.
