Stop sitting around in-doors watching football and get outside with the rest of the associates in the varying weather conditions. Stop expecting so much out of associates if you can't measure up if the same metrics for the associates were used for the managers. Be realistic and use common sense on if the business should be open or closed in extreme weather conditions. Als don't call your associates stupid or anything that makes them question their self-worth.
