MIT’s web-based IP applications are collectively known as the Novalog IP Suite.This encompasses, Telephone Call Management, TDM/IPT/Virtual voice Asset Management, Voice Mail, Intelligent Auto-Attendant / RAD, Directory Lookup, PABX Alarm and Fraud Monitoring and ACD Reporting. These solutions are already implemented at a multitude of customers comprising Blue Chip Corporate and Local/Central Government.
MIT's goal is to bring the highest quality telecommunications software solutions to all levels of industry in all vertical markets. Our specialty is the integration of disparate systems, technologies and customer relationship databases to bring management information to the customer in the most accessible, intuitive and flexible form possible.
