<p>The VP of FP&amp;A reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and works with the executive team and board to drive business analysis and financial metrics that lead to smart and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for overseeing a financial planning organization that has a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers and financial models and designing and building a best-in-class enterprise FP&amp;A and finance function that will enable and support the company's growth and value creation objectives. This position is responsible for all financial planning activities and providing value-added analysis and strategic support to all areas of the company. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and will work closely with our organizational leaders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of the financial data for all of our internal and external requirements.</p>

<p><strong>Candidate Competencies</strong></p>
<p>Candidates for the <em>VP of FP&amp;A </em>role will be measured against the following competencies:</p>

<li><em>Ability to Manage Finance Infrastructure, </em><em>Operational</em> <em>Metrics and Financial Reporting</em>
<ul>
<li>The VP of FP&amp;A will collaborate with management and the Board to delivery meaningful financial and operating metrics, analytics and reports with which to manage the business, drive insight into the key value levers of the business, and enable revenue and profit growth. The VP of FP&amp;A will also: generate analyses to support and test key business decisions (return on investment, buy / build alternatives, add-on opportunities, etc.); prepare all necessary financial reports internally and externally (profitability by product, retention rates, etc.); present findings and make recommendations to management and the Board; work closely with management in the annual budgeting process and in tracking financial results vs. budget and prior years’ performance; and help prioritize expenditure / investment initiatives.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><em>Disciplined Financial Leadership and Visibility</em>
<ul>
<li>The VP of FP&amp;A will bring a skill set focused on establishing and driving discipline into the finance organization and providing proactive visibility to the business. This includes leading an outcome-oriented annual budget process and partnering with the business leaders to create visibility into the business on a weekly cadence. In addition, the executive must enable the processes that translate finance and accounting into business performance and impact through improving the quality of data, business insight, and decision making. A process-driven VP of FP&amp;A will find and validate opportunities to improve operating performance, while understanding the revenue, cost, and profit implications of their decisions.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><em>Growth through M&amp;A </em>
<ul>
<li>The VP of FP&amp;A will partner with the business leaders to drive successful M&amp;A value creation including financial modeling, forecasting, and integrating financials and operational metrics. The executive will also rapidly integration the finance team and function of acquisitions and create scalability for the FP&amp;A team.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><em>Operating Experience in a Private Equity Software Environment</em>
<ul>
<li>The executive will bring a demonstrated track record of effectively managing and growing enterprises where software is a core element of the business model. The executive will have the requisite knowledge of software revenue recognition rules and regulations including those related to professional services revenues and recurring revenue streams. In addition to software revenue recognition and VSOE, the executive will have a broad understanding of software operations and know what operational improvements can drive EBITDA margins.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><em>Smart, Hungry “</em><em>Up and Comer”</em>
<ul>
<li>The executive will be a combination of superior raw intellectual horsepower with the organizational capability to deliver with high productivity and efficiency. He or she will proactively lead with high energy, a strong work-ethic, and integrity. The executive will bring to the job innate intelligence that can be applied practically to making smart, quick decisions amid complexity and change. The VP of FP&amp;A will likely be a talented, fast-rising “Up and Comer” with the ambition and leadership qualities required to grow into a CFO. He or she will be highly motivated to demonstrate his or her readiness for the CFO role in due time.</li>

<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7-10 years of financial analysis experience with 3-5 years of progressive financial leadership</li>
<li>Strong executive presence and be comfortable and credible interfacing within executive leadership, the board of directors, and private-equity investors</li>
<li>Experience working in a PE-backed environment</li>
<li>In-depth working knowledge of the principals of financial statements, financial modeling, and ratio and trend analysis</li>
<li>Must be operationally-oriented with a keen focus on process, metrics, and results</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously, deal with and interact at the senior management level, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in calculating and forecasting Pro Forma EBITDA</li>
<li>Experience with acquisition integrations</li>
<li>Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting</li>

<p>We are looking to hire an <strong>IT Help Desk Technician, </strong>initially on a six-month contract<strong>, </strong>to provide support for employee computers, email accounts, user accounts, printers, and phones onsite in the U.K. and remotely for the U.S. and Australia. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills along with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. This position may be converted to a full time position upon future review.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Install, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals</li>
<li>Provide support to employees on a variety of hardware and software concerns.Troubleshoot issues with workstations, email, printers, and phones</li>
<li>Troubleshoot connectivity issues including wireless networking and VPN</li>
<li>Receive and document inbound tickets, emails, phone calls, and in-person requests for IT services</li>
<li>Communicate issue status and resolution proactively</li>
<li>Ensure tickets are escalated appropriately, notifying team members when necessary</li>
<li>Assist with regular hardware and software inventory audits</li>
<li>Document, track, and monitor technical problems and solutions</li>
<li>Help to foster and grow a positive and proactive IT experience for the organization</li>
<li>Help other team members when necessary</li>
<li>Suggest new procedures to reduce repeat issues</li>
