Recently MizziSoft has launched ezHrPay which is totally web and browser based and it can be hosted from small companies with 50 employees and scale up to 500,000 employees. The software can be hosted by the client or we can host it for them. We can also offer our software as a service where MizziSoft can do all the schedules, attendance and payroll and the client just logs into the system to print any needed reports.
Our software is a fully integrated system covering Forecasting, Dynamic Shift Creation, Leave Management, Employee Scheduling, Attendance, Payroll, Appraisals, Performance, Recruitment, HR and an employee portal.
The subscription price is simple, only the price of a cappuccino per employee per month.
No huge license fees or expensive maintenance fees.
We have also specialized modules for casinos, aviation and call centers.
For Casinos & Resorts we have a module that looks at the previous events and analyses the hands in play per table on an hourly basis and from this the system will determine which tables to open. What is unique in our software is that the floor plan movements of the dealers, swing dealers, supervisors and swing supervisors are dynamically created from the opened tables. Usually it takes hours to create just a floor plan for one shift where with our software it only takes under a minute. Employees can easily be moved from the main floor to the VIP table and the system will keep track of all these movements. This is quite powerful especially for the VIP tables where the floor plan needs can change at the last minute. The software will also pick the most attractive employees with the right gender and skill to work on the most important tables to make sure that the VIP clients are super happy. Happy clients more betting.
For Aviation and Shore Operations we look at the movements and from them we create all the tasks which will be used for Planning and Daily Ops for Ramp, Checkin, Engineers and more.
