- A typical day would require interacting with our customers and motor carrier partners on a daily basis via phone calls and email.
- On a daily basis, we broker auto shipment for our customers and carriers by setting up orders and dispatching.
- We Manage the shipments throughout the whole process and ensure %100 customer satisfaction.
- There is a strong team building culture every time we solve a problem as we encourage team members to work as one.
- We learn new things every day about the auto transport industry.
- The hardest part of the job is sometimes we can get overwhelmed by influx of customer and carrier calls.
- The easiest part is a more relaxed management that allows you take breaks when needed and have time on your own during the work day to get your thoughts together.

Every now and then we get company lunches and the company gives away tickets to sporting events.
|
The company doesnt have the best benifits. Also holiday and paid time off is limited.

Outsourced whole company overseas. Very unstable company. Owner was quoted as saying he isn't hiring any more American. Pass on this place. They have very shady business practices such as employees leaving positive reviews on websites, owner giving loans and cars to people from his country in Macedonia.

From Loving to Hating

Montway has turned into a terrible place to be a part of. The company has no idea how to run itself...then you have the CEO acting like a small ignorant child when he does not get his way. One day you have a job, the next day you do not. Simply cut throat, no thought for the people they let go...This place does not think to maybe ask their employees why they may be late, or why they did not come into work....hey Montway, ever think that people have life happening!! How about instead of a job trying to find ways to fire you (leaning on you logging in 1 minute late or so and fire you for tardiness...no joke) YOU find ways to learn about your employees and see if they are okay. I wonder what would have happened if you took this approach recently.
