We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in a similar position to join our sales team. This role is suited to a smart, focussed, detail oriented candidate who is excited by the idea of playing a big part in the early stages of our company’s journey, in an all-hands-on deck environment. Our team is 11 people small so you'll be the 12th person to join us if this position sounds right for you.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for our first Sales Exec to convert qualified leads into clients and to work with the founders to help build a scalable repeatable process to allow Names & Faces to scale over the next 12 to 24 months.
What are the outcomes we want from someone in this role?
Guide leads through the sales pipeline improving conversion rates month on month
- Ensure smooth handover of leads from SDR’s and convert 100% of handovers into meetings.
- Use engaging questioning in those meetings to ensure leads are sales qualified, better understand the clients need and closedown unqualified leads.
- Deliver a compelling overview of the Names & Faces philosophy and demos of our products. You must be able to edit the Names & Faces script to ensure an authentic experience for the customer.
- Help clients navigate their own internal stakeholders while driving towards a signed contract - shortening the sales cycle quarter on quarter.
- Close deals using judgement and your freedom to make decisions at each turn, with minimum friction around contract, price, terms, technical implementation and integrations.
- Smooth handover of signed clients to Implementation Team.
- Continue to approach clients regarding ancillary services.
Help us define a repeatable, scalable sales process within your first 6 months and contribute to development of Names & Faces Sales Playbook
- Bring ideas and methodology from your previous role as to how to develop our process and playbook.
- Help articulate the simple steps in the sales process to a generate a draft playbook and contribute to the refining and development of the playbook in structured sessions.
Develop materials that will help clients convert and help with internal stakeholders
- Learn what clients need to see to convince them to buy Names & Faces and to help them convince other stakeholders internally.
- Develop blueprints of content and materials that will help shorten the sales cycle and convert clients quicker for further work in Design.
- Continually assess impact of collateral and refine.
Represent future clients in the Product Development process
- Sort qualitative feedback received in the sales process, differentiating clean and unclean feedback and share with Product Team.
- Understand our product and tech and how the feedback might impact the team.
- Generate a constant feedback loop with the Product Team with regular monthly meetings.
Keep an accurate CRM and pipeline and use it to develop a better understanding of how our business is working
- Keep a 100% record of contacts, clients and deals
- Record all conversations in HubSpot
- Understand your own performance breakdowns. Analyse where you are seeing significant success / failure and self report quarterly in conjunction with other sales members
Contribute to growing the sales culture at Names & Faces, the culture at Names & Faces US office and the culture at Names & Faces globally
- Bring your whole self to work
- Understand that working in a distributed team requires effort to connect and build relationships.
- Ensure you have personal relationships with with the global team.

- Bring ideas and methodology from your previous role as to how to develop our process and playbook.
- Help articulate the simple steps in the sales process to a generate a draft playbook and contribute to the refining and development of the playbook in structured sessions.
Develop materials that will help clients convert and help with internal stakeholders
- Learn what clients need to see to convince them to buy Names & Faces and to help them convince other stakeholders internally.
- Develop blueprints of content and materials that will help shorten the sales cycle and convert clients quicker for further work in Design.
- Continually assess impact of collateral and refine.
Represent future clients in the Product Development process
- Sort qualitative feedback received in the sales process, differentiating clean and unclean feedback and share with Product Team.
- Understand our product and tech and how the feedback might impact the team.
- Generate a constant feedback loop with the Product Team with regular monthly meetings.
Keep an accurate CRM and pipeline and use it to develop a better understanding of how our business is working
- Keep a 100% record of contacts, clients and deals
- Record all conversations in HubSpot
- Understand your own performance breakdowns. Analyse where you are seeing significant success / failure and self report quarterly in conjunction with other sales members
Contribute to growing the sales culture at Names & Faces, the culture at Names & Faces US office and the culture at Names & Faces globally
