<p>As part of the Platform team, the <strong>Site Reliability Engineer</strong> will operate as an expert in the reliability and scalability of our services. You will work across our products from our mobile and browser-based clients to our servers and infrastructure to ensure that our platform continues to scale and operate at high performance around the globe.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our current product tech stack focuses on a diverse set of technologies, primarily: .Net Core, Vue, Python, and Node with our server infrastructure running on docker images within Kubernetes and other services provided by Microsoft Azure.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor, troubleshoot, scale, and maintain production resources, ensuring prominent availability, security, and stability.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research/experiment/implement processes that enable the creation of highly available, and observable services.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with development teams to ensure that quality and scalability is a top priority through the development and deployment process.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Operate within incident management process and lead improvements based on incident response retrospectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute to a DevOps culture of increased transparency, communication, and collaboration between teams to emphasize continuous learning and continuous improvement, especially through team autonomy, fast feedback, high empathy and trust, and cross-team collaboration.</li>

<p><strong>What you bring:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.&nbsp;</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of experience building high scale and distributed web-based systems on Azure.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience running multi-cluster Kubernetes environments a good knowledge of multi-tenancy and security needs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with distributed architectures/systems, cloud database technologies at scale, and optimized software that operates on many nodes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide feedback for possible areas of improvement within developed service.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Passion regarding best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams, managers, and customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<p>The <strong>Manager, Customer Development</strong> will play an important role in the development of our expansion revenue strategy while managing the day-to-day tactical responsibilities for upsells and cross-sells. The position will partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and other members of the revenue team to maximize customer expansion revenue to increase the life-time value for our customers. &nbsp;</p>

<li>Create processes to support efforts at scale.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to coordinate campaigns to meet customer needs and maintain or improve the overall relationship.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing to identify and create necessary collateral/communications to maximize sales productivity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct online demonstrations of the product to existing customers; outlining the features and benefits the product can add to their business.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and report sales targets for the team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.&nbsp;</li>

<li>4+ years of experience in a similar role.&nbsp;</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience managing a successful growth team.&nbsp;</li>

<p>As part of the Platform team, the <strong>Site Reliability Engineer</strong> will operate as an expert in the reliability and scalability of our services. You will work across our products from our mobile and browser-based clients to our servers and infrastructure to ensure that our platform continues to scale and operate at high performance around the globe.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our current product tech stack focuses on a diverse set of technologies, primarily: .Net Core, Vue, Python, and Node with our server infrastructure running on docker images within Kubernetes and other services provided by Microsoft Azure.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<li>Monitor, troubleshoot, scale, and maintain production resources, ensuring prominent availability, security, and stability.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research/experiment/implement processes that enable the creation of highly available, and observable services.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with development teams to ensure that quality and scalability is a top priority through the development and deployment process.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Operate within incident management process and lead improvements based on incident response retrospectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute to a DevOps culture of increased transparency, communication, and collaboration between teams to emphasize continuous learning and continuous improvement, especially through team autonomy, fast feedback, high empathy and trust, and cross-team collaboration.</li>

<p><strong>What you bring:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.&nbsp;</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of experience building high scale and distributed web-based systems on Azure.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience running multi-cluster Kubernetes environments a good knowledge of multi-tenancy and security needs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with distributed architectures/systems, cloud database technologies at scale, and optimized software that operates on many nodes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide feedback for possible areas of improvement within developed service.&nbsp;</li>
